Owner/ Partner in Pro G LLC /Series Director for the US Gran Prix of Cyclocross. The 2012 USGP was an eight event, professional bike racing series taking place in Madison, WI, Fort Collins, CO, Louisville, KY and Bend, OR.

Responsibilities: Communications - press releases, race results, media content and editorial calendar. Media and marketing - develop and implement all series marketing strategies including print campaigns, internet and radio advertising; design and distribution of collateral marketing materials, negotiations with broadcast outlets.

Logistics and operations: Management of Regional Directors and other series staffing, development of and adherence to event production timelines, permitting, municipal relationships, coordination of shipments, product sourcing, coordination of all staff travel and lodging;

Technical oversight - development of technical guides, Federation (USA Cycling and UCI) relations, calendar submissions and inscriptions, permits and insurance policies, coordination of registration and results, professional athlete management - athlete communication, contract negotiations, and coordination of media appearances;

PARTNER, LOUISVILLE 2013, LOUISVILLE, KY : JANUARY 2010-February 3rd, 2013

Louisville 2013 is the organizing body behind the first successful bid to host the Union Cycliste International’s Elite Cyclocross World Championships outside of Europe in the sixty-year  tradition of the sporting event.  LOUISVILLE 2013 successfully produced the 2012 Masters and the history-making 2013 Elite World Cyclocross Championships in Louisville, Kentucky in partnership with the City of Louisville and the Louisville Sports Commission and USA Cycling.


Responsibilities: Sponsorship Sales: responsible for managing both non-endemic and cycling industry sales efforts with a sales target of one million dollars raised by January 2013, develop all sales materials; Client Services: work with event sponsors to guarantee delivery of all sponsor benefits and ensure maximum sponsor return on investment; Event Marketing: manage relationships with media partners, web marketing, social networking, media buys and community relations; Operations: develop event budget, source vendors, hire key operations support staff, negotiate and oversee official event hotel relationships and coordinate lodging.

Founding Partner of g4 Productions.

Launched new event production company with primary focus on endurance athletic events: cycling, running and multi-sport. Secondary focus on corporate events and entertainment.
Events produced include: The Crank brothers US Gran Prix of Cyclocross, (in conjunction with Pro G LLC) a national, six-event professional series of cyclocross races taking place in Goucester, MA, Boulder, CO and Portland, OR; The York Tour de Pink, presented by Hershey’s, a four-day breast cancer fund- raising ride and awareness building campaign on behalf of the Young Survival Coalition. Additional projects: The River Ride Feasibility Study - won bid upon completion of RFP and was hired as consulting agency by the Landis Valley Museum to assess the viability of a proposed permanent cycling route through Lancaster, PA.
